About Me

I graduated from the Fuller Advanced School of Massage Therapy and began working in chiropractic offices. There I specialized in deep tissue techniques, trigger point work and stretching. I continued my education to include becoming certified as a Massage Cupping Practitioner via Modern Cupping Therapy Education Company, a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, via Healing Concepts, and an Advanced Crystal Healer with Hibiscus moon. I also studied reflexology and aromatherapy. I enjoy being able to offer a variety of services to create a massage which provides a healing and relaxing experience for my clients.

I received my Spiritual Life Coaching diploma from A.R.E. Cayce Reilly school, and I am excited to be able to offer this service to my clients. With so many things shifting in the world, people are yearning to know themselves better and to design the life they have always wanted. I am happy to help you clarify what you want that life to look like, to believe in you, and to encourage you so that you can step outside the box and bring that design to life. Massage may include a combination of Swedish, Deep tissue and Massage Cupping to meet your needs.

The best of both worlds combines therapeutic massage and energetic balancing to create a deep sense of relaxation.

Intuitive Energy Session

Intuitive Energy sessions may include Reiki, Quantum Healing, Eden Method, Eden Energy Medicine Technique, or sound therapy. Techniques are intuitively chosen based on your energetic needs.

Crystal Healing Session

Crystal Healing utilizes stones and crystals to aid in raising vibrations of your energetic body which helps the body to heal itself. This modality helps you feel more balanced and grounded, reducing stress and anxiety.

Spiritual Life Coaching

Coaching sessions are designed to help you clarify the vision for your life and come up with goals and techniques to help you create that life. Coaching sessions include energy work, meditations, and one on one guidance.

Cranio Sacral Massage

A gentle hands-on technique that uses light touch to encourage fluid movement around the central nervous system. Helps relieve tension, reduce pain, and promote a sense of well being.

FAQ

Massage sessions generally require you to be undressed to your level of comfort. You will be draped properly during your session. Reiki, intuitive energy work and Craniosacral sessions do not require you to be undressed.

You will be required to fill out intake and covid 19 forms and your therapist will go over questions with you to determine the appropriate massage for you. Please make sure you therapist is aware of any allergies you may have to oils, nuts or fragrances.

There are a few reasons in which you should not get a massage. You should not book if you have a fever, cold/flu, contagious skin infection. There are specific conditions which you may need to discuss with your therapist in which she may need to change technique or a doctor’s release may be required. Your therapist will advise you about your specific needs.

Most people will feel very relaxed. Some will feel a decrease in aches and pains. Many will feel an increase in energy after a time, and an increase awareness and productivity. If you have received a deep tissue massage you may experience some soreness the next day, like you have had a good work out. A hot shower or a soak in an Epson salt bath can help.
Missed appointments or those canceled with less than 24-hour’s notice will be charged $25 fee. Please give 24-hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment so that hour may be made available to others.
